3. Sink in marble – Trust me, this has transformed our bathroom and is blowing us away with character. We are concerned that it will be fake or not strong. Adding the marble is a great addition.
4. New Bathroom Hardware – Again, we were surprised that we could find such good hardware on Amazon for such a cheap price!
5. Collar Faucet – At first my husband thought it was too square, but when we added it to the countertop, he changed his mind. I love the modern look and it can go with all kinds of home decor.
Blue And White Bathroom: Unbelievable Budget Bathroom Makeover
When doing any DIY project, we always recommend trying to save, reuse, or recycle things you already have. However, sometimes you have to start with new resources.
As soon as we saw the new cabinets, counter and sink, we knew that the home-level look with those dreaded clips just wasn’t going to cut it. We ended up buying new mirrors from AtHome to help complete the look of the vanity in the bathroom.
You may not have an Athome near you, but I’ve found mirrors from Target and Amazon that I like (and the prices are reasonable).
I love gold accessories, but we don’t have any in our house. So, I couldn’t get this fun look from Target. If you’re thinking about gold accents, you might want to check out this look.

Also, this oval mirror from Amazon (Amazon’s Choice store) is very attractive because it has a modern plastic frame.
We have been debating adding our own frame to the mirror in our bathroom. We love the look of this DIY project from this interior design blog. But since I was able to find cheap mirrors, we decided there was no need to build our own mirrors.
In this bathroom, we chose to replace the faucet with the surface. However, you can also consider painting laminate counters to look like marble or spray painting to match your current style.

As you can see in the previous picture, the walls are blue and we are repainting them with SW Grayish. The soft gray color works well with the dark blue carbonate in this space.

One of the areas that requires a lot of elbow grease and is often overlooked is the home. I know how a bright white ceiling can refresh a space since we added new ceiling tiles to our basement.
In addition to adding new fixtures, we redid the entire bathroom (including the ceiling). If you’ve never painted your ceiling, you’d be surprised how bright it can make a space (especially a small space like our bathroom).
Now I’m not going to lie, painting a ceiling is a pain. However, it went quickly because of the small area.
I hate to lose. Since I had paint left over from our basement renovation, I used it to paint this space.

This light bulb has such a date that I feel like the style might make a comeback. And since it has an oak base, I can shave it at the same time I do my makeup.
Step 5: Apply latex enamel in the color of your choice. You can cut 2 or 3 layers.
Be sure to check for leaks around the lips. We have some under fire. You can always sand them with fine sand and paint them a different color.
We thought we’d see if we’d like a new, updated lighting system that’s affordable. We can buy a new one later if it doesn’t work for us. But I have to say that I love special centers for my children.

We argue about painting it and restoring it. But they decided that something new would be good and started researching different ideas for bathroom shelves.
Instead, we added industrial bathroom shelves and store-bought wire holders above the toilet. These flanges are made from reclaimed wood to complete our shelves.
Use the hook on the other side and place them in a suitable height for children. We also used the hooks we already had and made them accessible. It’s nothing fancy, but it totally works.
